Position Title- Portfolio Business Manager- Home Loan Vertical - Home Loan Business Department - Sales Location - Jodhpur/Bikaner/Mumbai Job Purpose Qualification-Minimum Graduate, 3-4 experience in Home loan segment / preferably from banking sector and Sales/ sourcing experience Relevant Experience over 3 years of experience , minimum over 2 years in team handling role Should Monitor his team & direct reportees, performance and their timely report. Monitoring performance and goal setting Having good knowledge of Geographical area of working . Good energetic in appearance, leadership quality to motivate the team at branch level , co-ordinaing for marketing activities , relationship with other departments and verticals Behavioural Competencies Responsible entrepreneurial skills Succeed Together, Nurture Talent Hard Work and orientation towards detailing, Industry Awareness Job Responsibilities Financial Responsibilities 1. Direct Team handling to ensure the recruitment of the team member, training and their business productivity as desired by bank. 2. Developer/Builder/Contractor to ensure the business tie up and business penetration in APF projects 3. APF tie up to source the residential project and ensure the APF part as well as biz penetration. 4. To develop the geography within the vicinity of branch 5. To ensure the fulfilment of HL leads from the various departments. 6. Identify new avenues of business and sourcing fres business on an ongoing basis. Generating leads through various activities.(Like Canopy Activities, Open Market Sourcing,etc) 7. To ensure the achievement of revenue target by achieving the targeted amount of processing fees and cross sell of banking products as required. Non Financial Responsibilities Guide, take training session on Sales process, strategies and incentive scheme. Ensuring that the end person should be clearly aware, understanding the scheme and working hard to achieve the same. Doing the clear and honest deal with intact integrity , should not be involve in any kind of direct /indirect interest in the transaction Maintaining good and decent behaviour while dealing with the customer , visiting his property , shop , godown as and when required - as per visiting authority Conducting the customer reference checks with utmost sincerity and maturity - so the goodwill of the client should not be hampered or no defamation should be there . Be sure not to disclose any financial or personal information of the existing / new clients with any ( existing / prospective clients ) or to anybody outside company. Nurturing the talent within the team , promote and encourage team members to perform , achieve targets , earn incentive , achieve contests Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Taking responsibility of confidentiality of information gathered from clients , not to share any information with competition Taking the responsibility of company information - not to be shared the with anybody out of office in any form - showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms , not to present any information related to customer , property , credit check , reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities .
