I. key Responsibilities- to Attend and Support Any Business Promotional Events Organized By the Company or By Any Builder Enthusiastically- to Manage Site Disputes and Resolves Minor Customer Issues Independently- location Specific Knowledge of Ongoing / Completed Projects- to Provide Guidance and Assistance to Buyers in Purchasing Property from Builders- to Determine Clients Needs, Financials Abilities and Source of Funding to Suggestan Investment that Best Suits Their Requirements- to have a Customer Centric Approachii. performance Management& Team Development-to Remain Updated with Pre-launch/ongoing/completed Projects of Variousbuilders By Actual Site Visit-to have Complete Knowledge About the Project Assigned By Way of Training &guidance from Seniors-to Compile Mis Reports of Self and External Telemarketers (if Any) On Daily Basis-to Achieve Regularly Updated Targets Given By the Company-to Maintain Transparency and Complete Truthfulness in Reporting to Yourseniors and all Communications with the Managementc. Internal Relationshipsdepartment frequency of Interaction purposesales Team daily daily Mis Reporting, Project Coordination,knowledge Sharing Exercises, Etc.finance&accounts as Required salary, Leave Encashment, Conveyance Billreimbursement, Dues Clearance and all other Accounts Related Requirements.humanresources as Required for Leave Data Records, Payroll Processing,inputs On Training, to Understandhr Policies, Training and Development, Statutory Compliance and Disciplinary Issues Etc.d.
