Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Head Designation: AVP/VP Digital Marketing Reporting to: CEO Location: Bhayandar West (Mandatory Work from office) Compensation: flexible for the right candidate. (Will have a correlation to the last drawn) As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the companys digital marketing strategies and initiatives. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost revenue growth. You will work closely with the senior management team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives, and provide strategic guidance to achieve digital marketing goals. Responsibilities: Develop and implement the companys digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels. Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to achieve performance goals. Plan and execute digital campaigns, analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve campaign performance. Manage the companys online presence across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product, to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business strategies and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth in the digital marketing landscape. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with the companys digital marketing strategy. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve digital marketing goals. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and revenue growth. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven track record of at least 17 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution and at least 7 years in Digital marketing role. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies, and continuously learn and improve digital marketing strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving the companys online presence, brand awareness, and revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies and initiatives. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and digital marketing expertise will be key in achieving the companys overall marketing goals and objectives.
