Key Role Deliverables: Spreading the financial statements in the client databaseNormalizing the financial statements for exceptional and non-recurring items to arrive at the accurate profitability figuresAble to read and interpret information from notes/schedule accompanying financial statementsReflect learning and conceptual clarity as to the candidate gains experience of execution companies from varied industriesPro-actively intimating Associates in case of any deviation from the set timelinesLeveraging best practices to achieve operation efficiencyOperational Responsibilities: Categorize line items from IS, BS, CFS for easy comparability and analysis of the companys financial dataCapture segmental information and tie it into the total company financialsPrepare a capitalization table with a detailed breakdown of the outstanding debtCapture reported and adjusted EBITDA from company filings, press releasesCreate supporting tables, notes, schedules for incomplete information or where financials are not reported using GAAPPrerequisites: Managing Client Relationships:Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and related financial termsAbility to meet client-driven deadlines (demanding hours)Proficient with the English languageStrong analytical abilityPassion to continuously learn and growAttention to detailEducation: Any GraduateIndustry: Financial Services/Stockbroking
