• Advising customers on tailored learning strategies
• Conducting end-user training sessions
• Hosting online webinars and workshops
• Upskilling partners

Key Responsibilities:You will:

• Collaborate with customers to assess training needs and match them with eLearning solutions, user adoption tools, and custom action plans for successful implementation.
• Design and deliver process-based, high-quality training tailored to NetSuite best practices across diverse industries.
• Conduct webinars and workshops to guide customers through advanced NetSuite processes and functions.
• Partner with NetSuite Professional Services teams to align training strategies with implementation goals, ensuring optimal user adoption.
• Deliver additional services, including Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post Go-Live Support.
• Mentor team members and provide insights for continuous improvement in training delivery and processes.

About You:The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for training and customer success
• Expertise in any ERP system
• Background in Finance would be advantageous
• Prior experience developing and delivering learning materials (written and eLearning) would be advantageous
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management
