Job Description

Taking calls from customers & maintain call log details along with problem description.

Monitor & take status of all calls logged.

Follow up with list of pending calls.

Prepare & Maintain AMC / Non AMC list monthly

Keep track list of customers to whom proposals sent & Follow up for AMC renewals

Sending AMC Proposals, Bills & Quotations to customers as & when needed.

Prepare list of customers & follow up for payments.

Maintain sales prospect list sales person-wise & region wise.

Coordinate with Sales Executive for their weekly & daily leads.

Take follow up with customer related to quotation & payments.

Prepare monthly sales MIS reports.

Prepare monthly MIS service reports showing Engineers number of call per month & Average calls per day & revenue generated against AMC & spares per month.

Monthly sales MIS reports no of orders received v/s. no. of orders lost.

Prepare revenue generated details individual wise

To promote products telephonically

To keep track of sales activity of all the sales people individually

Looking into spares inventory

Follow up with customer and take feed back.

Entering data into Master List & CRM software.
