  • Achieving Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Strategic Business Plan (SBP) goals.
  • Identifying prospective customers and creating tailored sales presentations.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, managing techno-commercial discussions, and finalizing orders.
  • Leading project execution, installation, and commissioning of control systems.
  • Driving after-sales service business and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends to identify emerging opportunities and competition.
  • Promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with IMS procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of taxation and commercial aspects.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to build and lead teams.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to remote industrial areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively across organizational levels.
