SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA & Datasphere

Job Description

• Proven skills in handling all the areas related to SAP BW 7.5, BW/4HANA, Datasphere like data extraction, modelling, reporting, customizing, designing, automation, real time replication.
• Knowledge of ABAP/AMDP (to an adequate BW level).
• SAP Functional Experience in modules like SAP SD, MM, PP, with strong understanding and expertise in Finance Module. Domain knowledge of SD, MM, PP need to be strong for understanding the business processes to adequate level.
• Experience of ETL from SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Good core consulting skills Oral and written communication, organization and planning, client facing and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of latest trends in Analytics space including platforms and solutions from other vendors.
• Experience working on mixed modelling with BW/4HANA and HANA native modelling.
• Knowledge on S/4HANA Analytics like building and extending CDS Views, Creating Query Views or Building KPIs using KPI Modeller is preferred.
• Good understanding of various performance optimization techniques related to Reporting, Data warehousing and data extraction for BW.
• Hands-on experience in developing objects in SAP BW 7.5, BW/4HANA, Datasphere (modelling objects, extractors, enhancements, generic extractors, ODP objects, SLT, SDA & SDI, ABAP and HANA SQL).
• Enablement of ODP framework and conversion of all existing source systems to ODP source systems.
• Extensive knowledge and work experience on ADSOs, Composite providers, Open ODS views, calculation view, analytical views, attribute views, calculation view type cube / dimension, Embedded analytics-CDS views.
• Experience of SAP BW/4HANA & Datasphere integration with SAP Analytics Cloud and overview of SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience in reporting platform tools such as AFO, SAC and BOBJ will be an added advantage.
• Process Chains creations to automate Data load process for master & transactional data.
• Coordinates with business users and other IT departments to design, develop, implement, enhance and maintain complex Business warehouse reporting solutions using various tools and technologies within SAP Business Warehouse.
• Understanding of Authorization concepts and using them for user role profiling.
• Experience in Generic Extraction, and LO data Source enhancements and user Exits.
• Development of Queries in BEx Query designer using Calculated and Restricted key figures, Structures, Variables, constants, Exceptions, Conditions, cell restrictions, RRI and display in BEx Analyzer.
• Candidate must have fair understanding of the architecture and solutioning of the product.
• Knowledge on SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, Spark, Lake house architecture will be added advantage.
• Minimum 3-10 years of technical experience in the SAP domain (BW on HANA, BW/4HANA & Datasphere).
• Preferred location Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad.
