Job Description

Vault Operations Carting within Surat and Surat Mumbai Surat movements. Activities indicated above involves: Documentation preparation of HAWB, MAWB, CAN, Dos, Labels, Delivery Challans, etc. Customer Servicing responding quickly to client queries and seeking clarification on data in clients documentation. Tracking of Shipments end to end. Networking with MAJK offices, MA stations. Coordination with Customs, Custodian at DGDC, SHB, Cargo Complex - Sahar. Coordination with S.R. Security for all movements of valuable cargo. Invoicing and payment collection. Generation of reports as per requirements and timelines and maintenance of records. Adherence to SOPs and timelines of delivery or pick-up of parcels. Operating the NG system. The incumbent will also be exposed to administrative, Accounting and Employee matters for the Branch. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate with 5 years experience in International Air Freight Operations and familiarity with Domestic Cargo movements. Candidates
