Job Description

The role holder is responsible to Engage with assigned portfolio of Bank customers for service and deepening relationship on a daily basis.RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:Strategic Responsibilities Portfolio Management for Banks CustomersEngage with assigned portfolio of Bank customers for service and deepening relationshipCustomer interactions to be duly updated in Bank system for audit trail and reference to future interactionsDeepening of customer portfolio level benchmarksManage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accountsEnhancing customer wallet sizeProfiling Customer to increase wallet share Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make Yes Bank as primary relationshipEnsuring customer scoping being done with need based products suggested as hooks for deepening relationship Ensuring that customer scope is done and products targeted accordinglyService to Sales approach established for deepening relationship with family members and associates which have been grouped togetherAcquisition of New To Bank CustomersTo acquire new to bank customers from leads generated through marketing channel and various campaignsReferrals generated from existing customersPenetration of products across family groupsCustomer Query and Complaint resolution:Ensure query resolution of the customers by coordinating with service and operations teamResolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TATsFulfilment of other objectives:To actively participate and contribute in fulfilment of other time bound objectives that department or organisation may initiate from time to time.Core Responsibilities Data management Collating & Executing Data campaigns , liaising with BI & sequencing out calling functionResponsible for cross sell of bank/third party products introduced and meeting business objectivesCapture Customer feedback and suggest areas of change to business& product team. Manage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accountsPeople Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:
