Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated B.Pharm graduate (Fresher) to join our warehouse and logistics team. The selected candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring proper handling, storage, and dispatch of medicines in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming pharmaceutical materials.
• Ensure correct labeling and storage as per GMP/GDP guidelines.
• Support inventory management, stock counts, and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Learn and follow all SOPs related to warehouse operations.
• Assist in dispatching products and preparing shipment documents.
• Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and logistics teams as needed.
• Help maintain compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – completed from a recognized university
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and storage practices
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP concepts is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
