Job Description

Our Client is the worlds largest FMCG brand manufacturer and exporter with a legacy spanning over 120 years.They are Indias first integrated company with a comprehensive product chain. Our client is a billion dollar top line company holding 45% market share in India and 50% share in export market. As the Area Sales Officer , you will work as a Distributor representative of a region and handle sales and revenue from that assigned area. Locations:Bellary or Raichur, Mysore, Gulbarga Davangere What you will do:

  • Formulating business plan for their territory and roll out sales strategies to improve its market share and enhance revenues
  • Closely interacting with distributors and Area Managers for order and timely payment collection from secondary customers- wholesalers and retailers
  • Reviewing & identifying the business gaps and developing the sales promotional activities.
  • Ensuring review and reconciliation of sales realizations & outstanding.
  • Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system.
  • Generating leads by identifying potential retailers and distributors and clients of assigned Territory
  • Monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales.
  • Ensuring Secondary Sales to retailers.
  • Supporting distributor/ us to get orders from the dealers, retailers and wholesalers
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Candidate Should be Graduate with Over 1 to 2 Years of Exp.
  • Good communication skills, computer skills
  • Ability to handle sales and marketing. channel sales will be preferable
  • Industries/Product experience preferred : Spices, Oil, Aata, FMCG etc
  • Experience has to be in Sales & Distribution, booking sales orders directly from retailers/ Wholesalers etc.
