Our first property, Villa Vani, is a boutique bed & breakfast in the heart of Mysore, set to open in October 2024.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Hotel Manager at Villa Vani. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the overall operation of Villa Vani.Responsibilities Guest relations, including: meet and greet, check in, check out Breakfast service, including preparation, table setting, and service of European style breakfast Quality assurance: ensuring the property is maintained in excellent condition at all timesIdeal CandidateRecent graduate with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field 1-2 years experience in hotel management and/or hospitality Quick learner with excellent attention to detail, who wants to grow with the role as the business expands Able to live onsiteSalary suitable for an entry level role. Onsite accommodation provided.,
