• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Team Management, and Business Development.
• Experience in Sales and Channel Development with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent skills in Training, Coaching, and Leadership to mentor and support the team of agents effectively.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships and network within the organization.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
