Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Lead and motivate the branch team, set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure professional development.
• Business Development: Build and manage relationships with business partners, drive channel growth, and identify new opportunities.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales and revenue targets for both the branch and partner network through strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Direction: Align branch operations with company goals, develop action plans, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to upper management and ensure clear communication with team members and partners.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient branch operations and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
