Job Description

We are hiring for FLS [Front line sales] profiles.Designation: Sales Manager / Channel Sales Manager / Deputy ManagerExperience: 1-5 YearsVertical: Agency & BancaPackage: 2.5 lacs to 5 LacsKey Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
• Define and communicate partner success criteria, sales targets, and incentives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term success.
• Provide partners with necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell the companies products or services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align channel efforts with market demands.
Required Skills:Great knowledge in sales, insurance.Having connections in market.NOTE:
• Total Experience 1 to 8 years
• Max CTC can be provided6 LPA
• Max Age Between 25 to 40
• Qualification Any Graduate
• Preferred Industry BFSI, LI, GI & Health, Telecom, Pharma, Tied.
