Job Description

The Construction Supervisor oversees and coordinates on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. They manage workers, subcontractors, and resources to ensure smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and site operations.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, blueprints, and safety regulations.
• Manage and schedule workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Inspect work progress and quality, resolving issues as needed.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and site records.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients on project updates.
• Monitor material usage and manage site inventory.
• Identify and address potential project delays or risks.
• Train and mentor site workers on safety and best practices.
