    We are looking for Beauty Advisers / Counter sales Promoters for different locations of Karnataka for direct sales at different counters / stores at various locations . If you are interested , provide your updated resume .Post :Job Details Rank : Beauty Adviser / Counter Sales Promoter Post : 30Working Area: Karnataka All Districts Experience: More than 3 yearsRole: Direct Sales at stores or counters Salary: 1,00,000 to2,00,000 per annumOnly Experienced in cosmetic trades candidates should applyEnsure proper presentation of products to customers.Explain to customers how to use products they are interested in buyingAdvise customers on how to take care of their skinInform customers on prices and special offersGreet customers upon their arrivalDemonstrate proper use of makeup and skin care productsCross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and Fragrance)Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferencesHelp clients find products they are looking for in our storeReplenish stock as neededRequirements and skillsPrevious experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar roleCustomer service experience in retail stores is a plusExtensive knowledge of cosmetic , makeup, Fragrance and skin care productsAbility to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams)Understanding of which products suit different skin typesExcellent communication skillsAbility to remain calm and pleasant during peak hoursOther Benefits Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar roleCustomer service experience in retail stores is a plus
