Job Description

    Locations - Mysore, Hyderabad ( Pocharam) & Coimbatore and Bangalore .Experience Range - 0-8 yrsResponsibilities -The requirement is for Employee Relations team at Infosys, and the profile will be based out of the respective world class development centers of Infosys at Mysore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Coimbatore. The roles & responsibilities involves Employee Engagement, Culture & Values, creating a positive work environment, Employee care programs including Health & wellness interventions and Emotional support mechanisms including counseling. The role also involves exposure to Conflict resolution, Workplace grievance handling, Disciplinary investigations and Employee feedback mechanisms. As a front facing profile, this role will involve interaction with local authorities on need basis, hence an understanding of local language would be an added advantage.Qualifications - MBA HRRequired SkillsCandidates with prior experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling will be preferred.,
