Job Description

    We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our clients team, oversee their financial operations, and contribute to their strategic growth.Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to optimize resource allocation. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve operational excellence. Cost Management: Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve profitability.Qualifications: MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CA certification is preferred. 11 years of experience in hospital or healthcare finance. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management abilities.,
