    Position: Record to Report (R2R) SpecialistLocation: MysuruShift: US ShiftEmployment Type: Full-time, Work From OfficeRole Overview:We are seeking a Record to Report (R2R) Specialist to manage end-to-end financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls while working closely with global finance teams.Key Responsibilities: Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations Manage month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP/IFRS Prepare and analyze balance sheet and P&L statements Support audit processes and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders Improve efficiency in R2R processes through automation and best practicesSkills & Qualifications: 4 years of experience in R2R, general ledger, or financial reporting Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and accounting principles Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWhy Join Us Work with a global finance team in a dynamic environment Competitive salary and career growth opportunities Exposure to international accounting and reporting processes,
