Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations & Legal Specialist with expertise in U.S. labor laws to manage HR processes while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. The role involves handling HR operations, policy development, compliance audits, and employee relations to foster a legally sound and efficient workplace.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations: Ensure HR policies, procedures, and workflows comply with U.S. employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.). Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and maintain accurate employee records. Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies.Legal & Compliance: Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local U.S. labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, NLRA, etc.). Draft, review, and update employment agreements, HR policies, and compliance documents. Conduct internal HR audits and risk assessments to ensure legal compliance. Address employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace investigations while ensuring adherence to EEO and anti-discrimination laws. Keep updated on U.S. labor law changes and ensure HR policies align with regulatory updates. Support legal proceedings related to HR disputes, terminations, and contract negotiations.Requirements: Education: MBA in HR / LLB / Equivalent qualification in HR & Labor Laws. Experience: [3-7] years in HR operations and legal compliance with U.S. labor law expertise. Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEOC, NLRA, and other U.S. employment laws. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret complex labor laws and implement compliance measures.,
