As a company, we are committed to innovation and continuous improvement.Job OverviewWe are searching for a Maintenance Trainee to join our team at Pheonix Polyp Products Pvt Ltd. As a Maintenance Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of our manufacturing equipment. This is a full-time position based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.Qualifications And Skills Junior with 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. Good attitude and willingness to learn. Good knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Honest and trustworthy in handling tools and equipment. ITI/Diploma in Electricals or a related field.Roles And Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, changing filters, and lubricating machinery. Perform minor repairs and adjustments on manufacturing equipment under the supervision of experienced technicians. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues or malfunctions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements or equipment upgrades.,
