Job Description

    Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our CAD and Simulation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). They will be responsible for overseeing design projects, managing team deliverables, and ensuring the highest standards of precision and innovation in product development.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers in CAD design and simulation activities. Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines to meet deadlines. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Design and Development: Oversee the creation of detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo). Ensure compliance with design standards and specifications. Simulation and Analysis: Conduct and review FEA/CFD simulations to analyze structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics performance of designs. Validate designs through rigorous simulation and physical testing. Project Management: Manage multiple design and simulation projects simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing departments. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in CAD and simulation workflows. Stay updated on the latest advancements in CAD tools and simulation technologies.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in mechanical design and simulation. Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo). Expertise in FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) and CFD tools (e.g., Fluent, COMSOL). Knowledge of material science and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Certification in advanced CAD or simulation tools. Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or electronics. Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.,
