Job Description

    Noahs Ark is looking for an experienced Mid senior level interior designers.Number of positions: 2Location : Mysore (On-site)Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as an interior designerREQUIREMEMTS and RESPONSIBILITIES :The candidate should have a strong background in Interior design with an assorted personal portfolio of projects including residential, commercial and hospitality.Must have a strong background in knowledge of interior range of materials, their workability and relevant market trends in terms of designs and should be able to guide the execution team of site with construction details.Relevant standard set of software knowledge and fluency with the same is a must. (Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion AutoCAD, MS office).Advance software knowledge or AI work experience will be appreciated and definitely be accounted for.Should be able to take a brief from the client, understand the requirement and be able to produce designs with a supportive working drawing/shop drawing set.Should be able to produce work independently and as well guide a small team of designers, with design concepts and details, set drawing standards and manage the team output to produce final design GFC docket, by overall driving the output and productivity of the team.Should be able to actively manage an individual portfolio of projects, by handling client communication, planning timelines, assigning work loads and effectively strategizing the distribution of resources for smooth running of projects on site.,
