As a Sales Manager for Two Wheeler Loans, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. The role requires a proactive and results-driven professional with excellent sales and team management skills.Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
   • Drive two-wheeler loan sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
   • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the region.
2. Dealer and DSA Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and DST.
   • Ensure timely onboarding and training of partners on loan products and processes.
3. Customer Engagement:
   • Address customer queries and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
   • Ensure smooth loan processing and quick disbursal timelines.
4. Team Management:
   • Lead and mentor a team of executives to meet sales objectives.
   • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
5. Market Analysis:
   • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
   • Provide insights to develop effective sales strategies.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
   • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management regularly.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the two-wheeler loans or auto-finance industry.
• Strong network and relationships with dealers and DSTs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
• Bachelors degree in business or a related field .
