    Skills:SAP IBP Configuration, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, SAP HANA, Data Integration, Forecasting, Business Process Optimization, Project Management,Job DescriptionGreetings from Glad Infosystems!!We are looking for SAP Integrated business planning (SAP IBP) Consultant for a reputed client in Bangalore.Roles And Responsibilities Expertise in supply chain planning with hands-on experience in demand planning (Mandatory skill). Working on the planning & procurement applications. Strong experience in integration with ERP systems (Mandatory skill). Experience in forecasting to predict demand accurately and plan inventory accordingly. Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align supply and demand and drive business efficiency. Master data management skills, including the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy and consistency across the system. Proficiency in advanced analytics to interpret and use data effectively for strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Implement and configure SAP IBP modules to meet client requirements, focusing on supply chain and demand planning. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into SAP IBP functionalities. Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to optimize existing supply chain processes. Work on the integration of SAP IBP with client ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP IBP configuration, processes, and training materials. Provide guidance and support to clients during the project lifecycle, including post-implementation support. Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of SAP IBP capabilities. Working on the different change requirements (Project, Adaptive & Corrective). Interacting with other teams (middleware and technical) to explain the requirements for the CR completionQualifications 7 Year experience in SAP IBP module integration Must have working experience in supply and demand planning Must have experience in S&OP Processes It will be work from office and location is Bangalore *Immediate Joiners are preferred.,
