If youre excited about technology and looking to make a real impact, Zysk is the place for you!About The RoleAs a Trainee Scrum Master at Zysk, youll play a vital role in helping our web development teams deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope. Youll have the unique opportunity to work independently while learning and implementing agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. This role will allow you to develop strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, setting the foundation for a successful career in agile project management. At Zysk, we value continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring you have the support and resources needed to excel in your role.What You Will Do Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, independently. Maintain and update agile tools and artifacts, including product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and burndown charts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product owners, to ensure smooth project execution. Support the development of team members by providing guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback. Oversee project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure the team meets client and business expectations. Actively manage project scope to prevent scope creep, making adjustments as necessary while keeping stakeholders informed. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, budgets, timelines, and any deviations from the initial plan.What You Will Need Basic understanding of agile methodologies, preferably Scrum. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
