Job Description

    Desired QualificationUG and PG in Psychology / Sociology / MSW / MBA or in any other Social Sciences and Humanities subjects.Experience3-5 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed higher educational institution.Remuneration:INR 30-40 thousand per month, depending on qualification and experience and performance during interview. Higher emoluments shall be considered for exceptionally good candidates.Job Description He/She will impart training to students of Amrita School of Engineering/Amrita School of Business, Ettimadai, Coimbatore, in respect of the following:Campus to Corporate transitionCommunication skillsImpact of communication in personal and professional lifeDifferent aspects of communicationPresentation skillsNon-Verbal aspects of communicationBuilding Self confidenceEffectively engaging the audienceGroup DiscussionInterpersonal skillsListening skillsAssertiveness skillsInitiative and leadershipSelf awareness and self presentationSWOT analysisGiving and receiving feedback about self.Counseling activities for overall development of the student and referenceCritical & Creative thinking Other areas that may be considered necessary to enhance the skills of the students, that shall be updated in the syllabus. He / She is to impart training to students of other constituent schools of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on the above mentioned areas, as and when directed by the Principal Director-Corporate Relations, if need be. He / She is to obtain industry feedback through General Manager-Career Competency Development, from time to time and accordingly review / modify the current training & development programme, related to his / her areas of training.,
