Job Description

Restaurant captain Responsible for the operation of food and beverage outlets, including monitoring service operations, organizing the duty roster, and ensuring quality standards are met. They may also be responsible for cost control, inventory, training, and menu planning.
• Maritime captain Responsible for the navigation, safety, and compliance of a vessel. Their duties may include:
• Participating in watchkeeping and learning to navigate vessels
• Familiarizing themselves with safety protocols and emergency response procedures
• Learning to use navigation equipment and conduct chartwork
• Ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations
• Assisting with voyage planning
• Working closely with the crew to understand team dynamics
