Fire Safety & Security , Fire Supervisor, Fire Service EngineerQualification - Diploma or certification in Fire SafetyEx Army, Security Officer, Fire Officer, SupervisorCandidates should be able to relocate pan IndiaSalary 35000 to 55000accommodation travelling canteen facilities availableSite - - Cement industries, Power plant, Pharma industries, High rise commercial buildings , Refinery, Oil & GasStand by duty during permits.• Maintain good housekeeping at PPEs store area.• Servicing of all emergency tools and equipment. Like, fire extinguishers, Fire Hydrant System, Spill Kit, Safety showers, SCBA sets and Sand Buckets safe for use in case of emergency.• Give firefighting training to contract & company employee. Give on job training as per schedule.• Take part in Mock drills and Fire drills.• Ensure Fire hydrant system pumps & Emergency siren trail as per their schedule.• Lead in case of emergency.• Ensure Contractor working in area with usage of personal protective equipment• Report Unsafe act, Unsafe Conditions, near miss and take follow up for compliance.• Maintain PPEs Stock and regularly update to EHS Head.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesFire Safety Training and AwarenessConduct regular fire safety drills and mock exercises to ensure all staff are familiar with emergency protocols.Educate employees on the use of fire safety equipment and promote fire safety awareness throughout the facility.Emergency PreparednessEstablish and clearly mark assembly points in designated safe areas.Ensure all employees are informed about assembly point locations and the procedures to follow in an emergency.Fire Safety Audits and InspectionsPerform routine fire safety audits and inspections to identify potential fire hazards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for fire prevention within the facility.Equipment Maintenance and Safety ComplianceInspect fire safety instruments (such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency lighting) and ensure they are in good working order.Arrange maintenance and testing of fire safety equipment as needed.Reporting and DocumentationDocument fire safety audits, drill outcomes, and safety measures, and submit reports to the Plant Manager.Keep accurate records of fire safety activities, training sessions, and compliance checks.Policy Development and ImprovementWork with HSE management to develop and improve fire safety policies and procedures.Suggest enhancements to current fire safety measures to align with industry standards.
