Customer Service Associate

Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining an updated knowledge of the organizations products, services, and customer service policies. You should respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email. It will be your duty to document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties. You should explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions, checking for customer understanding and acceptance. Additionally, you will recommend new products or services and make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.Qualifications required for this role include:- Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the customer service team- Extensive knowledge of the companys policies, procedures, goods, and services- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers- Strong command of written and verbal English- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may ariseThe job type for this position is full-time. You must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Education requirement for this role is a minimum of Secondary (10th Pass). Experience in total work for 1 year and customer service for 1 year is preferred. Proficiency in the English language is also preferred for this role.,
