We are seeking an Agency Channel Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance agents to achieve sales and business growth. The role focuses on developing agency channels, driving insurance sales, and ensuring long-term client relationships.Key Duties:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors.
• Drive sales of life, health, and general insurance through agency channels.
• Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Guide and motivate agents to improve productivity and customer engagement.
• Support agents with client acquisition, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure timely renewals.
