Job Description

As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional design solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.- Design and develop applications that align with business processes.- Implement solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for developed applications.Qualifications Required:- Must-have skills include proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- Strong understanding of IT service management principles.- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.- Hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow modules.Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.,
