The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for architecture and design, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to deliver creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions. As an Architect at Blufoyer, you will play a pivotal role in creating remarkable spaces for our clients.Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their architectural needs, preferences, and project objectives. Provide design consultations and recommendations to clients, offering. innovative and practical solutions. Create detailed architectural layouts, plans, and drawings that align with client requirements and industry standards. Oversee and manage site executions, ensuring that projects are completed according to design specifications, budget, and timeline. Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address any issues, and provide on-site guidance. Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects. Prepare and present architectural proposals and project plans to clients. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. 3 years of proven experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients. Demonstrated ability to create innovative and functional architectural designs. Experience in site execution, project supervision, and site visits. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional architectural solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong project management and organizational skills,
