    Job OverviewThe position consists of investigation of cases raised during field Audit, tele-calling review and complaint received through various sources, doing Field Audits as per schedule and submitting audit report to reporting manager.Responsibility and dutiesHandling of Tele-calling process.Investigation of cases raised through various sources.Preparation of Investigation report and submission to Reporting Manager within TAT.Conducting field audit which includes customer, DSA/connector, and vendor audit as per schedule.Preparation & submission of report post Audit.Preparation of ATR.Maintaining data of Investigation & Field Audit.,
