Team members are encouraged to maintain high clinical standards and contribute to a positive patient experience.Role Description The Associate Dentist will provide clinical dental services, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling, and preventive care. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with patients, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and clinic protocols. The role involves collaborating with other dental staff to coordinate appointments, manage chairside workflow, and support patient education on oral hygiene and treatment options. This is a part-time, on-site role based at Alfa Dental Clinic in Mominpura, Nagpur.QualificationsRecognized dental degree (BDS or equivalent) and valid registration with appropriate dental council or regulatory body.Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care.Knowledge of standard infection control practices, sterilization protocols, and safe clinical procedures.Effective communication skills to explain treatment options, provide oral health education, and build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants and clinic staff, and to manage time and appointments efficiently in a busy clinical setting.Attention to detail in maintaining patient records, documentation, and compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations.Prior experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred; familiarity with local patient population and community needs is an advantage.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with current dental practices and guidelines. .
