Job Description

    The Back Office Operations Executive is responsible for managing administrative and support functions that ensure the smooth operation of business processes. This role includes data management, document processing, report generation, and coordination with various departments to optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in handling back-office systems and software.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and document verification tasks.
    • Process and manage reports, invoices, and financial transactions.
    • Maintain databases, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
    • Coordinate with front-office teams, vendors, and clients to resolve operational issues.
    • Handle email and phone correspondence related to back-office operations.
    • Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
    • Assist in process improvements and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data security protocols.
    • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and operational coordination.
    • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements for optimized workflow.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in back-office operations, data management, or administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and back-office software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of financial and operational processes is an advantage.
    Work Environment:
    • Office-based role with a structured work schedule.
    • Requires extended periods of working on a computer.
    • Interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
