Job Description

    Location: Onsite at Mihan, Nagpur Process Type:Voice (English,Hindi & Odia/Kannada) Experience: Fresher or 6 months experience (Preferable) Qualification: Any Graduate/HSC Salary: 12,000 - 16,000 gross per month Shift Duration: 8 hours Shift Window: 10am - 6pm Week Off Pattern: Rotational Week Off Count: One week off Key Responsibilities: - Experience in engaging customers, crafting solutions, and delivering compelling presentations for impactful presales outcomes. - Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and inquiries. - Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. - Provide information about our products or services and address any questions or concerns. - Assist in guiding customers through the presales process, offering relevant details to facilitate their decision-making. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Odia (written and spoken). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a agile and fast-paced environment.
