Job Description

    As the Branding Head for an organization providing IIT JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching, your role involves leading, developing, and implementing strategic branding initiatives to position the organization as the preferred choice for students. Your responsibilities include:- **Brand Strategy & Development**: - Define and evolve the brand vision, mission, values, and tone for all verticals. - Establish a consistent brand identity across online and offline platforms. - Position the brand as a student-focused, result-oriented, and trustworthy coaching institute.- **Student-Centric Branding Campaigns**: - Design innovative campaigns targeting students and parents across age groups. - Leverage motivational storytelling and relatable role models to connect with aspirational goals. - Initiate emotional branding that resonates with students and parents.- **School & Foundation Branding Initiatives**: - Create and execute campaigns targeting middle school students. - Build early engagement through various activities like quizzes, contests, workshops, and seminars. - Collaborate with schools to conduct co-branded events for better outreach.- **Digital & Social Media Branding**: - Develop digital content strategies and optimize brand presence on various platforms. - Run targeted campaigns for enrollment and lead generation. - Monitor online sentiment and competitor analysis for campaign optimization.- **Offline Branding & Visibility**: - Plan and execute Out of Home (OOH) campaigns, flyers, brochures aligned with enrollment season. - Design institute branding elements and organize branded student events. - Enhance visibility through various branding initiatives.- **Enrollment-Driven Campaigns**: - Design admission season campaigns highlighting USPs, results, and offers. - Collaborate with the admission team to drive brand support for localized enrollment campaigns.- **Internal Branding & Culture Building**: - Ensure staff represent brand values in communication. - Develop internal brand guides and behavior manuals.- **Partnerships & PR**: - Build partnerships with schools, influencers, media agencies, and test preparation platforms. - Create press releases and media coverage for credibility building.Key Performance Indicators include growth in brand awareness, increase in student enrollment inquiries, engagement rates on social media, number of schools engaged, cost per lead metrics, visibility metrics, and brand health metrics.
