CTC: Up to 8 LPAJob Summary:We are looking for driven and result-oriented Business Associate Managers (BAM) with mandatory agency channel experience for a leading life insurance company. The role involves driving sales through advisor recruitment, development, and ensuring consistent business growth.Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors to build a strong agency network
• Drive sales targets through the agency channel
• Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to enhance productivity
• Provide on-field support to advisors for lead conversion and closures
• Ensure achievement of assigned business targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Maintain strong relationships with advisors to ensure retention
• Monitor advisor performance and implement improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Identify and tap local market opportunities for business expansion
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in life insurance sales
• Mandatory experience in Agency Channel
• Prior experience in advisor recruitment preferred
• Graduation is mandatory
