Job Description

    Designation-Business Development ManagerProduct-InsuranceCTC-4 LPALocation- Ahmednagar, akola, Alibaug , Amravati, Aurangabad, Baramati,,beed ,bhandara, chandrapur ,chiplun, jalgaon, jalna, , latur, ,nagpur ,mumbai,Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification:
      • Research and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
      • Develop a pipeline of potential clients and leads by proactively reaching out to prospects.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion.
    • Relationship Building & Client Acquisition:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers.
      • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business deals.
      • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions that align with the companys offerings.
    • Sales Strategy & Negotiation:
      • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
      • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including contract negotiation and finalization.
      • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client contracts and agreements.
    • Market Expansion & Brand Awareness:
      • Identify and explore new markets and customer segments to expand the companys reach.
      • Promote the companys brand and services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
      • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business development goals and drive inbound leads.
    • Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
      • Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
      • Work with account managers to ensure seamless onboarding and continued satisfaction for new clients.
    • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
      • Track sales performance and report on progress against sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
      • Prepare regular reports for senior management on pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and revenue generation.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
      • Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure the companys offerings meet client needs.
      • Provide feedback from clients and market research to support the development of new products or services.
