    MAHARASHTRA : 1 NOS (NAGPUR DISTRICT)TELANGANA: 1 NOS - ( HYDERABAD )VIZAG : 1 NOS - ( AP )MP : 4 NOS AS PER GIVEN CITY - INDORE , BHOPAL , GWALIOR & JABALPUR
    1. Sales Targets Achievement
      • Objective: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for LED TVs in assigned channels.
      • Key Results:
        • Meet or exceed revenue targets set for LED TVs.
        • Ensure channel-wise sales targets are met consistently.
        • Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
    2. Channel Development
      • Objective: Expand and strengthen the distribution network for LED TVs.
      • Key Results:
        • Identify potential channel partners and onboard new dealers/distributors.
        • Conduct regular meetings and trainings with channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
        • Increase market penetration through effective channel development strategies.
    3. Market Intelligence
      • Objective: Gather and analyze market intelligence to support sales strategies.
      • Key Results:
        • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
        • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve sales effectiveness.
        • Adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
    4. Customer Relationship Management
      • Objective: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
      • Key Results:
        • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
        • Conduct regular visits and engagements with key accounts.
        • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
    5. Operational Excellence
      • Objective: Ensure efficient execution of sales operations and processes.
      • Key Results:
        • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
        • Monitor inventory levels and manage channel-wise stock availability.
        • Implement best practices for sales operations to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
    6. Reporting and Analysis
      • Objective: Provide accurate and timely reports and analysis to management.
      • Key Results:
        • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and action plans.
        • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
        • Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
