Job Description

    As a candidate for the position, your role will involve helping end clients build sustainable reporting, analytic, and data solutions to meet business needs, create business value, and drive outcomes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using enterprise technologies like MicroStrategy along with databases such as MS SQL server and SSIS.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Architects, Lead Engineers, and business area teams to create detailed technical design documents for complex projects, considering capabilities, risks, and system dependencies- Design, build, test, and deploy full lifecycle Reporting and Analytic solutions- Assist the lead Architect in developing a work breakdown structure and project estimates to ensure timely project delivery- Advocate for development best practices and contribute to strategy and roadmap developmentQualifications Required:- Good technical skills with a deep understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts & MSTR Architecture- Strong experience in creating Schema and reporting objects, translating requirements into technical specifications independently- Proficiency in MicroStrategy development, including RSDs & Dashboards, Dossiers design and implementation- Proficient in SQL, with additional exposure to other BI tools being beneficial- Understanding of business intelligence, data warehousing, data modeling, architectures, and related terminologies- Working knowledge of MicroStrategy report performance tuning and optimization techniques- Hands-on experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Agile development- Analytical skills to comprehend key business processes and associated issues- Domain knowledge in the Legal industry would be advantageousQualifications:- BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related technical disciplines- Minimum of 4 years of experience with BI tools, particularly MicroStrategyAdditionally, the following qualities are desirable:- Ability to build successful relationships with external and internal partners- Strong oral and written communication skills- Problem-solving, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting abilities with flexibility- Self-leadership skills to work independently and manage conflicts- Adaptability to evolving data technologies and capabilities- Willingness to provide technical support to team members as needed,
