Cargo Supervisor

Job Description

The Supervisor (Cargo) oversees cargo handling operations to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established handling standards are followed. He/She monitors the development of cargo load plans and organises warehouse operations.Cargo Supervisor Job Responsibilities:Cargo loading and unloadingOverseeing the process of loading, unloading, and securing cargo. This includes checking that items are labeled correctly, especially for dangerous or fragile goods.Inventory managementMonitoring and replenishing stock, and keeping accurate records.Safety and securityEnsuring safety and security standards are followed, and conducting safety and security checks.
