Job Description

    Demonstrable experience with applicable Legal & other requirementsAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyCapable to keep the ethical integrity of a company intact.Able to ensure that the business activities of the organization are carried out within a regulatory framework.Ability to carry out the risk management process by effectively planning programs and enforcing policies within the organization.Assessing business and operations risks.Legal & Statutory liaison & Compliance:- Drive Statutory Compliance on Labour Laws ,Factories Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Employment Standing Order Act, EPF Act, Payment ofBonus Act, Employee Compensation Act, Building and other construction worker Act, ESIC Act, Employment Exchange CNV Act, Min Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Gratuity Act, MIDC,MPCB,CPCB,PESO,FDA,DIC etc.License / Registration and returns under various lawsConduct audits to ensure adherence to standards.Identifying compliance issues.Ensuring written and verbal policies and regulations of an organization are kept in check.Develop risk management strategies and processes.Investigation of compliance procedures and necessary follow-up action.Up-to-date Knowledge of Business technology and ITSound Understanding of Regulatory Guidelines and Security PoliciesExcellent Organizational & Communication SkillsEffective Problem-solving & Critical Thinking Ability
