Job Description

    Role Overview:As a visionary Creative Head at NowZone, you will be responsible for blending world-class UI/UX expertise with bold brand thinking. Your main focus will be on crafting digital experiences that are seamless and stunning, setting a new benchmark in product and brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities:- Lead UI/UX Vision: Define and execute intuitive, visually striking interfaces for web and mobile products. Own the entire user journey from wireframes to polished interactions.- Elevate Brand Aesthetic: Shape a unified design language that works across product, marketing, and motion graphics.- Cross-Medium Innovation: Oversee premium website design, cinematic motion, 3D visuals, and campaign creatives that resonate across platforms.- Guide & Inspire: Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of UI/UX designers, motion/graphic artists, and 3D specialists.- Collaborate Closely: Work with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure every touchpoint is consistent and conversion-driven.Qualifications Required:- 7 years of professional design experience with at least 3 years heading a UI/UX or creative team.- A portfolio showcasing user-centric product design and high-end brand visuals (think CRED/Apple/Nike level).- Deep mastery of UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and strong knowledge of motion and visual storytelling.- Ability to balance design strategy with micro-level execution every pixel and every user interaction matters.- Exceptional communication skills and experience collaborating with engineering and product teams.No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.,
