Job Description

    Adreso is currently seeking Customer Relationship Executives for a leading insurance company based in India. If you are passionate about driving growth and excellence in customer service, we await your application.What we are looking for:- Ability to undertake new client acquisition and manage their retention.- Ensure effective channel management at the local level.- Maintain MIS data for better risk management and customer service.- Capability to develop the mortgage lending business at the ground level.- Capability to carry out regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients.- Knowledge of providing inputs to the regional head on competitor activity.- Ensure effective channel management and interact with customers.- Knowledge of ensuring on-boarding of the (Retail) DSTs.- Experience in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Ability to follow standardized sales process and documentation norms.- Knowledge of ensuring compliance with policies and processes.- Ability to ensure accurate documentation required for credit analysis.- Capability in coordinating with the credit risk team for pre- and post-sanction activities.- Prior experience in maintaining MIS data and generating reports.Candidates from Indore, Bhopal, Aurangabad, Nagpur & Kolhapur are encouraged to apply.If you fit the bill, please send your resume to hidden_email or WhatsApp it to wa.me/hidden_mobile.
