Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Urgent opening with leading bank for Nagpur LocationExperience :1 year and above Cash Handling Experience from banking sectorDesignation : Customer Service Officer:CTC : 3.8 LPALocation : NagpurKey Responsibilities1. Branch & Transaction Management
    • Handle all cash and noncash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, cheque/DDs).
    • Post entries accurately and promptly in the system.
    Ensure safe custody of cheque books, account kits, forms, and stationeries, and maintain updated registers .2. Regulatory & Compliance Adherence
    • Strictly follow KYC, AML, audit, and RBI regulations.
    • Comply with internal audit standards and quality frameworks.
    Maintain registers for cash, keys, posters, and petty cash, and ensure proper documentation protocols3. Customer Service & Query Resolution
    • Attend to walk-in customers, answer queries, and handle complaints promptly and courteously.
    • Follow up with customers via calls or messages (e.g., repayment reminders).
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels .
    4. Cross selling & Product Awareness
    • Proactively promote savings accounts, loans (personal, housing, microfinance), investment, and insurance products.
    • Meet branch targets through effective lead generation and upselling
    5. Documentation & Loan Support (where applicable)
    • Support document verification for loan applications, including tele-verification and maintenance of PDD/collateral registers.
