The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for our global clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
    • Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, determining solutions, and providing accurate information.
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (such as CSAT, AHT).
    • Adhere to process guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
    Required Skills:
    • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Basic computer literacy (familiar with MS Office, CRM systems).
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate or undergraduate (with 1 year experience).
    • Previous experience in customer service or an international process will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
